OUR COMPANY MIRACLE GLOBAL COMPANY LIMITED imports various foodstuffs produced by its affiliated manufacturers in Indonesia - Bogasari Flour Mills and Indofood, and distributes these in Hong Kong and Mainland China. An example, from our line of pasta products (for which we have the official distribution rights in these countries) is "LA FONTE PASTA". OUR FACTORY BOGASARI is an Indonesian wheat flour producer having a production capacity of 3.36 million metric tonnes per year, being the largest in the world in a single location and having been elected by the Asian Wall Street Journal as the second largest Indonesian Enterprise in 2001. The history of Bogasari began in 1971 with the official opening of the first factory in North Jakarta. The second factory began operations only one year later in Surabaya in 1972. Our Pasta Division was established in 1991 with a capacity of 60,000 metric tonnes per year. It produces "Long Pasta" and "Short Pasta". 80% of Bogasari's pasta is exported, with the main markets being the Pacific Region and Europe. In November 1996, Bogasari obtained an ISO 9002 certificate from SGS and Sucofindo, in recognition of the quality of its products. INDOFOOD is the world's largest manufacturer of instant noodles, and was elected the third largest Indonesian Enterprise by the Asian Wall Street Journal and Asiaweek in 2001. It was also ranked 123 of the World Chinese Enterprises with total market value at USD683 million [2001]. In 2001, its sales turnover and number of staff were USD1.49 billion and 45,000 respectively. In addition to instant noodles, its core business includes wheat flour, baby food, edible vegetable oil, biscuit and various types of snack and a variety of sauces. Both of the above manufacturers are part of the First Pacific Group, Hong Kong.
